Charter, GOV-00
A homeland that is free needs a way home.
The Airline is the flag carrier of Circassia and Abkhazia and serves both nations as one shared homeland airline. Its work is to connect that homeland to the diasporas the exile created, and to make it a crossing point between Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia rather than a place people only leave.
Mission
Connect the Circassian and Abkhazian homeland to their global diasporas and neighbouring regions through full-service network flying, and establish that homeland as a leading aviation hub between Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.
Vision
To be a recognised full-service flag carrier known for safety, reliability, and service shaped by Khabze and Apsuara, the Circassian and Abkhazian codes of conduct.
What the Airline holds to
- Safety
- the foundation of every operational decision.
- Reliability
- punctuality and consistency define the brand.
- Khabze and Apsuara
- the Circassian and Abkhazian codes governing conduct, honor, and community life, carried into how the Airline treats its guests and its people.
- Cultural Authenticity
- heritage reflected in brand, cabin, and guest experience.
- Independence and Self-Sufficiency
- sovereign aviation capability built for and by both nations.
Adiga Xabze, and what it obliges
Xabze is the Circassian code of etiquette and customary law, rooted in the Nart sagas. Its chivalry rests on three pillars, and hospitality is the one the Airline is built on. The code grades hospitality by degree and names fifteen kinds of guest, each owed a defined standard of treatment by the host.
The bond is binding in its own right. A host is not merely responsible for feeding and lodging a guest. He is the guest's protector and guide, and he is not released from that duty until the guest has been delivered safely into the care of the next host. The Airline holds itself to the same standard across a connection: responsibility for a passenger does not end at the aircraft door, and it does not end at an intermediate point.
The last of these is a service standard rather than a sentiment. A passenger is greeted before anything else is asked of them, and crews are trained to it.
The forward cabin has a name
The jet fleet is configured in two cabins. The forward cabin isХьэщIэщ, the Circassian guest-house: the dedicated place of hospitality in a homestead, the room in which the honoured seat faces the door, and the room in which a household receives those it sets out to honour. The rear cabin is Economy and carries no further name. The DHC-6 is a single cabin of nineteen seats.
A meal or a refreshment is served on every sector the Airline operates, whatever its length and whatever the fare paid, and nothing edible is sold on board. Every fare, including the lowest, carries a checked bag. The Airline does not sell a fare that requires a passenger to pay to bring belongings home.
How it grows
Organically, and in that orderThe published network opens as one operating whole rather than in staged tiers, because a connecting bank at a single base has no value until the services that feed it and the services they feed are flying together. Growth after launch comes through frequency, fleet size and points added to a network already operating, and not through rapid, state-backed expansion.
The three tiers
- Domestic and Regional Feeder Tier. Connects smaller airports across Circassia and Abkhazia, including Sochi, Krasnodar, Nalchik, Sukhum, Beslan, and Mineralnye Vody. Smaller aircraft operate at high frequency, feeding passengers into the trunk network.
- Russia Trunk Tier. Connects Circassia and Abkhazia to Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other major Russian cities, serving primarily business travelers at moderate frequency.
- Turkey and Middle East Tier. Serves diaspora communities in Turkey and Jordan, home to the largest Circassian populations abroad. Frequency increases as travel demand grows.
What an airport is to the Airline
- Base. Aircraft and crew are stationed at the airport overnight, and the schedule is built around a connecting bank. Sochi is the Airline's base.
- Focus city. The airport holds direct routes of its own without carrying based crew, spares, or maintenance. Aircraft reach it by tag routing on an existing rotation, or by remaining overnight on a rotating basis. Krasnodar and Nalchik are focus cities.
- Spoke. The airport is worked out and back from the base with no overnight presence. Its schedule is built to meet the connecting bank at Sochi, and it is measured by the connecting traffic it delivers rather than by the result of its own sector. Sukhum, Mineralnye Vody, and Beslan are spokes.
Tiers describe markets and roles describe what an airport is to the Airline. They are different axes and an airport's role does not follow from the tier its services belong to.
