Hub Structure
Sochi (AER) is the Airline's base and connecting hub. Krasnodar (KRR) and Nalchik (NAL) are focus cities, holding direct routes of their own without based crew or equipment. Sukhum (SUI) is connected to Sochi twice daily in each direction, and becomes the Airline's second hub as the fleet expands.
An aircraft stands overnight at Sukhum, Krasnodar, Nalchik and Mineralnye Vody (MRV). This gives each of those points an early morning departure into the Sochi connecting bank rather than a first service timed by when an aircraft can arrive from base, and it places one aircraft outside the air navigation region that contains every other point in the home network.
Domestic and Regional Network
The domestic and regional feeder tier connects Sukhum, Krasnodar, Nalchik, Mineralnye Vody and Beslan (OGZ) to Sochi. Every feeder point is timed into both connecting banks. Sukhum and Krasnodar also carry a day pair, out of Sochi in the morning and back in the evening, and Nalchik and Mineralnye Vody a second daily rotation. Beslan is served on four days a week by a day pair.
Either 737 variant operates the feeder tier, as the week requires.
Russia Network
The Airline serves Moscow through Vnukovo (VKO), with Domodedovo (DME) as a secondary gateway, and St. Petersburg through Pulkovo (LED). These routes are operated by the Boeing 737-800.
Sochi holds direct services to both cities. Krasnodar and Nalchik are served together on a single tagged rotation, Krasnodar to Nalchik to Moscow and back, with the aircraft remaining overnight at Krasnodar to hold an early morning departure.
Turkey and Middle East Network
In Turkey, the Airline serves Istanbul-Sabiha Gokcen (SAW) and Kayseri (ASR), reaching diaspora communities across the region. Kayseri serves the Uzunyayla settlement in Central Anatolia. In the Middle East, the Airline serves Amman (AMM) and Damascus (DAM). Amman from Sochi is operated by the Boeing 737-800, the Nalchik, Damascus and Amman rotation by the Boeing 737-700, and Istanbul, Kayseri and Damascus from Sochi by either 737 variant.
Nalchik holds standalone diaspora rotations to Istanbul-Sabiha Gokcen, to Kayseri, and to Damascus and Amman on one rotation, operated separately from the Sochi network.
Damascus is sized so that a suspension of Syrian air access withdraws the smallest block of capacity in the international network. Where that access is suspended, Damascus service is withdrawn and its capacity is redeployed to Amman, which carries the Middle East network in its absence, and the Nalchik rotation operates Nalchik, Amman, Nalchik direct.
Europe Network
In Europe, the Airline serves Frankfurt (FRA), London Stansted (STN), Paris Orly (ORY), Amsterdam (AMS), Pristina (PRN) and Sarajevo (SJJ), reaching the Circassian diaspora in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands and the Balkans. Frequency is weekly or twice weekly at each point.
Frankfurt, Paris Orly and Amsterdam are day returns from Sochi. London Stansted is operated by the Boeing 737-800 as a night-stop, with the aircraft and crew standing overnight at Stansted. Pristina and Sarajevo are served on a single rotation, Sochi to Pristina to Sarajevo and back to Sochi.
European services route south-west over the Black Sea and remain clear of the Crimean and Ukrainian flight information regions.
Religious Charter Service
The Airline operates one Umrah charter rotation to Jeddah (JED) every week outside the Hajj season. During the Hajj season it operates Jeddah and Medina (MED) every night. Charter service flies at night, outside the connecting banks, on the scheduled fleet.
