In this Charter and in every governance document issued under it, the expressions "the Airline", "the Company" and "the carrier" mean the entity identified in this section, and no other. Any reference in the document set to the airline, however expressed, is a reference to that entity.
This section is the sole record of the registered name and the designators within the governance document set. No other document states the registered name. Every other document refers to the entity by the expressions defined above and takes the registered particulars from this section by reference. Where a document reproduces a designator for regulatory or operational purposes, it does so subject to this section, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
An amendment to this section takes effect across the entire document set on the date the amendment becomes effective, and requires no consequential amendment to any other document.
Identity
The Airline is the flag carrier of Circassia and Abkhazia, serving both nations as a shared homeland airline.
- Home markets: Circassia and Abkhazia
- Base: Sochi in Circassia
- Focus cities: Krasnodar and Nalchik in Circassia
- Second hub: Sukhum in Abkhazia, established as the fleet expands
Mission

Core Values

- Khabze and Apsuara - the Circassian and Abkhazian codes governing conduct, honor, and community life, carried into how the Airline treats its guests and its people.
- Cultural Authenticity - heritage reflected in brand, cabin, and guest experience.
